•The Maximum Pay Rate: £700 LTD
•Location: Rose Court, London
•Contract Length: 6-12 months
•Clearance Level Required: BPSS/ DBS
•Additional Info: Outside IR35
· Broad range of experience delivering business change and/or digitally enabled
projects including recent experience with managing large, complex ERP projects
· Ability to provide high level expertise across a broad range of relevant business
subject matter areas
· Experience performing cost benefit analysis regarding projects
· Experience with procurement policies and procedures
· Experience negotiating and managing software and services contracts
· Public sector experience
· Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of
management including senior leaders
· Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to
detail
· Possesses strong analytical skills
· Experience developing/creating public sector procurement documents (e.g., RFPs)
and related acquisition documents for software products and services
· Exhibits effective team skills
· Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those
decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis
· Experience with one of the following functional areas: Financial Management,
Purchasing or HR/Payroll

Demonstrates working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications
Key tasks and deliverables
• Overseeing project delivery from an department and organisation wide perspective
• Monitoring that the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups
• Coordinating the development and maintenance of project documentation
• Manage the overall software and selection services process
• Checking that all required project management documents are developed, completed and signed off at the appropriate review gate
• Ensuring that all written deliverables provided by the Implementation Partner are stored in the appropriate network folders and archived as necessary
• Drafting, reviewing and recommending approval of deliverables
• Chairing project delivery meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting workstream leads from business areas (HR, finance and commercial) to develop required documentation (project plans, business process maps, implementation plans etc.)
• Managing the overall project timetable
• Holding Implementation Partner Project Manager accountable through oversight and reporting for completing the Implementation Project on time, within scope, within budget and according to the required quality standard (with agreed specifications)
• Helping to mitigate/resolve issues, risks and conflicts that are elevated by the Implementation Partner Project Manager
• Managing project change request process and facilitating the approval process for requests submitted by the Implementation Partner Project Manager
• Monitoring potential Implementation project risks, opportunities, and issues that may impact the project
• Facilitating resolution of issues with input from the internal Project Managers
• Escalating unresolved issues to Project Directors, in accordance with policies, as appropriate
• Reporting project progress, budget and status to the appropriate levels and recommending corrective action when necessary;
• Reviewing the detailed Project Plan, and monitoring schedules on an ongoing basis to include documenting noted issues and concerns with project progress in accordance with the Project Plan.
• Responsible for the independent management oversight of the Project, securing the required resources and advocating to senior management
