- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a OD Lead to join them on an 18 month contract. This position will be hybrid, London.
Job Summary:
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 or similar.
- Experience of leading HR and OD transformation in a large and complex organisation at a strategic level.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent and self-starter.
- Committed to continuous professional development, building strong networks and at the forefront of innovation and best practice.
