Summary of the work Delivering projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently. Working with product managers to translate needs into user stories for delivery by designers, user researchers and developers.
Who the specialist will work with
You’ll be working with product managers to define the roadmap for any product and translate this into user stories for delivery by designers, user researchers and developers.
What the specialist will work on Deliver HMPO transformation projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
Address where the work will take place City of Westminster
Working arrangements
Co-located with the product managers and delivery teams for face to face agile delivery.
Security clearance
SC Clearance is required. HM Passport Office will support the clearance process.

Buyers will use the essential and nice-to-have skills and experience to help them evaluate suppliers’ technical competence.

1. Proven ability in delivering projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology.
2. Experience working with Product Managers to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
3. Experience in leading the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
4. Experience in matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
5. Experience in delivering products built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage (Discovery/alpha/beta/production)
6. Experience in facilitating the necessary and appropriate agile ceremonies including, daily stand-ups, planning meetings, showcases, and retrospectives.
