- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Manager to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield.
Job Summary:
- This role is of critical importance to the Data and Analysis arm of the client's Digital Group, directly supporting a wide range of D&A strategic priorities.
- Should be an expert change communications and engagement practitioner who will design, coordinate and oversee the delivery and approach.
- Should be willing to work with the Head of Digital Engagement and Head of Role as your professional guide and deliver for the Director of Data and Analytics priorities via the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) sponsor.
- Will lead discussions with Data and Analytics SLT, Digital ET or senior audiences within client to align engagement plans to business goals and direct the activity to high quality delivery across multiple (often competing) priorities.
- This role will concentrate on communications and engagement around the Client Data Strategy Implementation. Including embedding a new ‘hub and spoke’ model (and related ways of working) within client, helping client integrate D&A resource into business units.
- This will also require broader responsibilities in terms of building awareness and desire for the change, showing where change is working well and overcoming any cultural or process barriers.
- Strategic Communications: Knowledge of defining a strategy that delivers business needs, Change Communication Knowledge, Experience of delivering a change programme where your strategy had made audiences aware of the change, created a desire for the change, ensured they have the adequate knowledge, abilities and resources to embrace and embed the change.
- Content Creation:Ability to design and develop engaging content across various formats including text, graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations tailored to different audiences.
- Digital Analytics: Understanding how to interpret data from web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track audience behaviour, and optimise communication strategies.
- Audience Segmentation:Identifying and targeting different audience groups with tailored messaging based on their needs and interests.
- Storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives to capture attention, evoke emotions, and connect with the audience on a deeper level.
- Call to Action (CTA): Clearly guiding the audience towards desired actions through well-defined CTAs in communication.
