- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a CSM Senior Planning Lead to join them on a 6 month (likely 12 month) contract. This position will be hybrid, London/Bristol.
Job Summary:
- Experience of shared services, HR, Finance & Commercial functional transformation and/or Oracle/ERP transformations.
- A positive, proactive and resilient attitude needed to operate in a highly complex, fast moving and ambiguous environment.
- Deep expertise in Portfolio and Programme Management, particularly planning and scheduling, in a large-scale enterprise-wide transformation.
- A track record of delivering the highest quality results in time pressured and complex environments.
- The ability to quickly establish and develop productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, delivering through others and bringing together disparate programme structures into a coherent model.
- Highly beneficial if they worked within defence or government before but not essential.
- Experienced, expert planner/ scheduler who will be leading the overall planning activity across the entirety of the portfolio.
- Done this before with transformational programmes/projects within a portfolio.
- Shared services/ERP.
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels, internal and external, written and verbal.
- JIRA is the current decision-making tool they use.
- Done/ been involved in ORACLE or ERP implementation.
- Working in portfolio management.
- No direct line management.
