- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Scotland.
Job Summary:
- Proven, demonstrable experience of full-stack web development, DevOps and CI/CD with the following technical skills.
- Front end: GOV.UK Design System (GDS), HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Nunjucks.
- Back-end: PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, Sequalize, JavaScript, Typescript.
- Frameworks: Express or Hapi.
- Testing: Jest, Newman, Cypress, Ava.
- DevOps: Node.js, GitHub Actions, AWS, Terraform, Docker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that contribute to collaborative/team working and customer orientated service provision.
- A continuous improvement, learning and flexible mindset.
- Experience of working within a delivery-focused scrum team within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
