Experience Required:
Essential
• Experience of handling and analysing large and complex sets of data.
• Experience of performing data analyses and identifying trends and patterns in data.
• Advanced user of MS Excel, including the use of graphs, formulas and pivot tables.
• Working experience of a data visualisation tool such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience of using SAP Reporting.
• Experience of working within a HR People Data sets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail, including
report preparation and presentation.
Desirable
• A good understanding of working with data stored in a data warehouse and MI reporting
systems.
• Experience of interpreting MI requirements from business processes.
• A working knowledge of SQL or Microsoft VBA
• A working knowledge of relational databases
• A mathematical or statistical qualification

The Workforce Planning Team is a key function which supports business functions to identify their
workforce “gaps”, and help to develop solutions focused Workforce.
The role holder will have a strong interest in Workforce Planning, Business Delivery and data. The
role holder will develop Workforce Management information and tools. The role holder will own the
delivery of robust, timely and insightful Workforce MI and reporting to enable key stakeholders to
make informed decisions based on sound evidence and recommendations on their workforce
requirements.
This role holder designs, develops and delivers high quality data, information reports and
visualisations to key business stakeholders, bringing innovative thoughts and a natural curiosity to
the work they do each day.
The role holder will develop familiarity with a host of different systems and is responsible for
delivering a range of daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc dashboards and reports. The role will also
provide analysis of data, proactively identifying and investigating trends, anomalies, early warning
signs, and success against performance indicators, and will communicate with stakeholders at all
levels across the business.
