Brief overview of Project/Task:
Dismounted Situational Awareness (DSA) is a new capability for 12000+ dismounted users to provide a game-changing C2 advantage on the battlefield providing an RF network supporting automated C2 to DCC troops. To deliver this requirement, the DSA project team require technical & non-technical support.

Responsibilities & Outputs (against SoR/TO):
Create, manage and maintain the DSA Assessment Phase Product Breakdown Structure (PBS).
Create, manage and maintain the DSA Assessment Phase Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Create, manage and maintain the DSA Assessment Phase Organisational Breakdown Structure (OBS).
Create, manage and maintain the DSA Project Schedule.
Develop and maintain a Schedule Risk Analysis utilising the Predict Tool.
Develop, manage and maintain the Resource Management Plan.
