Essential:

Proven experience as a Learning and Development Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role Systems skills, problem scoping, stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, communication skills Experience developing and delivering learning and development/training schemes as well as of carrying out training needs analysis

Proven record of delivery to time and quality

Desirable:

An appreciation of any of the following technical domains (in-depth technical knowledge is not required): Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Cyber Systems, Sensing (Radar, Electro-optical etc.), Electronic Warfare, C4 Networks, Command & Control and Space Technologies Experience of learning and development in a rese
