Description

The Client:

A government department client is looking for a Mentor to Criminal Investigators to join them on a 11 month contract. This position will be in Cardiff/hybrid.

Job Summary:

As a Criminal Investigator your main responsibilities would be:

Assisting with ongoing investigations.
Preparation of court cases & packs.
Training and mentoring new in recruits, specifically in the Policing Education Qualification Framework (PEQF).

You’ll have relevant experience in:

Building evidential cases, following relevant lines of enquiry, liaising with intelligence officers and analysts.
Disclosure.
Mentoring new recruits.

You’ll have the following Qualifications/ Skills:

Professionalising Investigation Programme Level 2 (PIP2) or achieved this via grandfather rights.
