- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a Project Manager to join them on a 12 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Exeter.
Job Summary:
- Has experience to deliver projects on time and on budget without compromising on quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, along with practical knowledge of agile 'at scale'.
- Qualifications in agile and an understanding of working in a large-scale programme environment would be advantageous, as would any previous experience of working in the Defence Sector..
- Demonstrable track record in delivering projects successfully, using multi-modal means (e.g. agile and waterfall); ideally holds PMQ, Prince(2) and / or Prince (Agile) qualifications.
- Demonstrable Agile 'at scale' experience.
- Experience of working in large scale programmes with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of successful liaison with stakeholders at all levels, including third parties such as suppliers or Public Sector Bodies.
