4. Degree Qualified or relevant experience
Key tasks and deliverables
1. PIDs/RAID/ Project plans for each defined project
2. Weekly report for each project/programme
3. Fortnightly management report
4. Stakeholder Management with HO stakeholders
5. Managing Technical resources and 3rd Parties.
6. Requirements capture, cost calculations, support Programme Director, manage technical resources and manage 3rd parties where required.
Experience Required
ESSENTIAL
1. Management of programme resources and finances.
2. Development of programme plans in order to express and track milestones.
3. Supplier and contract management.
4. Ability to explain technical tasks and activities to a wider stakeholder audience.
5. Ability to identify and manage risk across the programme.
6. Ensuring equality reporting which provides clear, regular and accurate record of the programme, its current and planned activities.
7. Responsible for the overall quality of programme/project documentation.
8. Engagement with the PBMO, ensuring information required is provided in a timely and accurate way.
9. 10 years + experience in Project management
10. Must current Home Office SC Clearance
DESIRABLE
1. Knowledge of Data Centre Platforms including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and General Network architecture knowledge.
2. Knowledge of Service Management Implementations in line with ITIL.
3. Understanding of Protective Monitoring
