- The Client:
Our government department client is looking for a All Age Safeguarding Board Manager to join them on a 5 month contract. This position will be hybrid, Slough
Job Summary:
- Operational experience of multi-agency safeguarding arrangements including knowledge of the various learning review processes.
- Understanding of safeguarding guidelines and legislation.
- Experience of multi-professional and interagency working.
- Ability to function with a high level of autonomy, as well as ability to work collaboratively, leading where appropriate.
- Ability to drive performance improvement, using appropriate quality assurance activity.
- Ability to produce and present clear and precise reports.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to build excellent working relationships with a wide range of partners to ensure a co-ordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Experience of managing staff.
- Experience in agenda setting, report writing and producing external communications.
- High degree of IT literacy (initially operating without business support for diary, documents and website).
