- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Lead Commercial Manager to join them on a 12 month contract. This position will be hybrid, North East, London, Croydon, Manchester or Durham.
Job Summary:

The client covers three systems Homeland Security, Public Safety and Borders, and Immigration and Citizenship. These systems work collaboratively to deliver our cross-cutting priorities, whilst providing increasingly efficient and secure services for the public. These are difficult areas that can rapidly change in the global environment we work in – this makes us one of the most exciting and stimulating government departments in which to work
Essential:
- Responsibilities include developing procurement plans, conducting market analysis, engaging with the market, preparing procurement documentation, negotiating with suppliers, and governance activities.
- Experience within IT procurement.
- The successful candidate must take a leading role leading or provide support as required across all activities within the procurement lifecycle.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in using Jaggaer e-procurement tool.
