- The Client:
A government department client is looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager (HR Focus) to join them on a 6 month contract. This position will be based in London or Lytham St Annes or Durham or Glasgow/ Hybrid.
Job Summary:
- Role sits within the HR / People function.
- Consultancy support available at expert level.
- Requires strong data analysis and presentation skills.
Top Skills:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, automation).
- Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
- Ability to translate technical data into clear insights for multiple audiences (Board level down).
- Strategic Workforce Planning experience.
- Broad understanding of HR Management Information and data presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyse large, complex data sets.
- Present data clearly to non-analysts.
- Advise and influence stakeholders using data insights.
- Identify risks from data and recommend solutions.
- Build Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
Environment:
- HR team setting: HR knowledge is important.
